Superior expects to host its 2025 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders virtually on Tuesday May 13, 2025 at 4:00pm Eastern Time.

The AGM will be held as a virtual-only meeting, which will be conducted via live video webcast at 2025 AGM.
