Superior expects to host its 2024 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders virtually on Tuesday May 14, 2024 at 4:00pm Eastern Time.

The AGM will be held as a virtual-only meeting, which will be conducted via live video webcast at 2024 AGM.
