Superior Plus Announces March 2018 Cash Dividend and Upcoming Events

March 2018 Cash Dividend – $0.06 per share
Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior”) today announced its cash dividend for the month of March 2018 of $0.06 per share payable on April 13, 2018. The record date is March 31, 2018 and the ex-dividend date will be March 28, 2018. Superior’s annualized cash dividend rate is currently $0.72 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
Superior Plus 2018 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
Superior’s Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders will be held at the TMX Broadcast Centre, The Exchange Tower, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 4:00 PM EDT.
